Title: Covers from m3u
Post by: jopetro on January 09, 2020, 18:09:27
Hi
I use Aimp Android to hear internet radio stations. I´ve got a m3u with urls.

Everything is fine can hear music, see artist and album but not the cover.
Maybe the file hasn´t that info. So i downloaded a jpg and add it to the m3u in tvg-logo but nothing.

example of m3u
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-logo="70internacional.jpg",70 Internacional
https://buecrplb01.cienradios.com.ar/613_70_Internacional_32000.aac

I don´t need to see the songs covers. Only a jpg for each radio station

Thanks / Gracias

Icecast Server http://retransmisorasenelpais.cienradios.com.ar/status.xsl

Covers
https://reproductor.cienradios.com.ar/player/Player/ar/ShowImageMobile/613/250
https://reproductor.cienradios.com.ar/player/Player/ar/ShowImageMobile/1001/250
https://reproductor.cienradios.com.ar/player/Player/ar/ShowImageMobile/1002/250

So, in this case tvg-logo must have a full URL to image.

thanks to both.

1. Same folder then m3u

2. tried
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-logo="https://reproductor.cienradios.com.ar/player/Player/ShowImageMobile/613/250",70 Internacional
https://buecrplb01.cienradios.com.ar/613_70_Internacional_32000.aac

also tried deleting tvg-logo and renamed jpg like aac file 613_70_Internacional_32000.jpg

but didn´t work

1. Our concept suppose that all playlists imported to internal player's storage. So, AIMP has no idea where original playlist was located before the import.
2. I have checked this part of code. Looks like it works only in mobile version, AIMP for Windows parses playlist correctly but ignores logo-url at all. Note that track album art has higher priority than predefined logo. So, if player catches album art for playing track it will be displayed instead of radiostation logo.
