I mean, user can write scripts to control how to calculate song rating, instead of simply calculating rating based on the ratio of playback count.

What algorithm you want to implement?

What algorithm you want to implement?
For example: Actively clicking to play a song from the music library, or adding a song to the queue should greatly increase the rating. Stop to play next or another song should greatly reduce the rating.
At least, I hope user can process the default output: access every song's original rating in one song's rating processing, and use basic mathematical operations such as [+, -, *, /, %] to process.
And I think there should be a "random" playback mode based the rating or user rating, in which songs in higer rating should be played more.

I afraid it impossible to implement using API

I'd call it automatic or intelligent rating. I thought about it too.
Anyway, if it would be implemented somehow, it should ignore manually rated songs.
