Title: I want to put the AIMP library on my Google Drive . Will this work?
Post by: 1Steven on September 29, 2019, 21:00:18
I guess the subject is my whole question.  I would have to find out the URL to use.  I haven't ever really used Drive.

I'm really curious if it will work in AIMP.

What do you mean by "library"? Local.adb file? If so, you can use a portable installation.
Tell us what is your goal?

Thanks for responding! My goal is to have AIMP retrieve AIMP library songs and playlists from a folder on my Google Drive, and put new library files there too (use it as the AIMP library). I am wondering if the location of the AIMP library is configurable.  Now that I think it through, probably not, but maybe in the next version.  It would be nice to play music files using AIMP without having the actual files on my phone.  Maybe in setup 4.6 which should ask you where your local file collection is so it can scan it.  Or so I recall.

Ahh, we're talking about Android version. Then I'm afraid it's impossible so far.
For desktop version there is MyCloud plugin.
