Title: how do I set my default library location
Post by: Joliet_tech on July 12, 2019, 04:31:31
How do I set my default library location?  Is there any documentation for these kinds of questions?  I feel silly asking but I couldn't find anything.

1. Player has built-in FAQ, refer to Main Menu \ Help
2. What are you mean under library? Music library database?

I did find and read the FAQ.  I think the issue is terminology.  I want to know how to set Aimp to look to find my music.  My Music is NOT in the default windows directory which is what Aimp defaults to.

No, AIMP does not defaults to windows directory. You should add your music to player manually. Of course, you can setup music library to scan your folders automatically (Settings \ Player \ Music Library \ Monitoring Settings)

OK.  I see now how it works.  I have set it to my music folders.  Thank You.

If you don't mind another question, Can I burn a CD from Aimp?

And finally, am I supposed to mark this item as resolved and if so, how.
