Title: Normalize tool

Please consider making a tool for normalizing audio files, or failing to integrate it with audioconverter.

I suggest you to try to use audacity audio editor for doint that (http://www.audacityteam.org/)

Normalizing by the signal peaks is the big evil. Use ReplayGain stuff from Tag Editor to normalize tracks' loudness (RMS), not peaks.
