Title: Slow Startup - Remote Control Plug In

Hey there! New to the forums here! :P
I've been using AIMP since V2.0 No problem. Now I'm a proud user of the V4.02. Even on my smartphone! It rocks! :D

But, yesterday I installed the AIMP Control Plug In on my computer, to try the AIMP Remote Control App (for Android).

The Plug In messed up AIMP4 startup time and it took like 30 secs to open the program, it even crashed a few times but when I uninstalled the Plug In AIMP4 worked just fine, so I believe the problem lies on the Plug In. Any clues? I'd really like to use the remote control from the phone to switch the music sounding on my PC!

Yes, i seem to have that same problem. I even de-installed aimp and all the older backups and usersettings with the help of CCleaner. after that i installed the latest version aimp_4.10.1831 and it started within 1 second!! but when i installed the aimp_control_plugin_1.0.13.1292 it took 1 minute to start....
Any advice please? My OS is windows 10

Hi, guys!

Have you tried to use this (http://aimpremote.blogspot.ru/p/beta.html) plugin? It's the same as Control plugin by Alexey Ivanov but with some additions from an author of AIMP Remote Control app. He said he did some optimizations in the plugin code to reduce freezes.

But this plugin in non-compatible with AIMP Remote Control released in Play Store. You should become a beta-tester to get newer version of the app.
