I´m using windows 10 at 1920x1080. To see the things bigger i set the configuration to 125%. With that aimp3 is displayed a little blurry. Can you make it dpi aware? Thanks

Yes i´m using that since windows 10 launch. But the problem is that aimp3 looks too small. So are you going to make aimp dpi aware in a future release? Thanks

Aimp4, 2016, and still no hi-dpi interface(most of the programs have it). Looks blurry on windows 10 with high resolution monitors.

I am not sure about "most". A lot of apps that I using has no hidpi support.
Of course, I have planned this feature to this year, but I don't know for now what I must do with skins.

Hello Artem, I think you can do this:
-Adapt AIMP4 and the default skin to High dpi.
-Create a setting that forces the old dpi mode to be compatible with all the skins.
Thanks for your response and for your program, i use it all days to play flac files.

Vector-based skins only can support for dpi changing. But AIMP skins is imabe-based. I afraid, I must create the different skins for each dpi.

Or, skins can use oversized graphics (200% of the size), and then images are scaled DOWN depending on DPI, which will look better than scaling UP (which ends up being very blurry no matter which resize algorithm you use).

No, release of v4.10 will be soon. High DPI is too complex task for implementation in minor version, but I already working on it.

I hope this can be added soon, turning off DPI for Aimp is hard to read on 4K monitor.
One quick fix could be to have a settings option to double size everything, that way dpi could be off but users will still get large readable size.
Would also fix the problem with docking Aimp, where the pointer and open aimp arrow don't line up.

At high DPI moves the point of interaction. The image shows where the cursor is and where he is working.

При высоком DPI смещается точка взаимодействия. На изображении видно где курсор и где он воздействует.
Интерфейс может становится либо уменьшенным и четким, либо большим и размытым. Данный баг проявляется именно в первом случае.
Проблема даже не в том, как выглядит интерфейс, а в том, что с ним сложно взаимодействовать из-за этого смещения.

То что масштаб не меняется это стандартная функция ОС, скорее всего сделано именно так.
Но эта функция у меня работает не полностью ???
Но у меня нет сдвига курсора на 7-ке. Либо это глюк на определённой ОС или масштаб меняли иначе.

Если честно, то я не знаю от чего это зависит. Просто время от времени разворачиваешь aimp, а он четкий и мелкий. Думаю, это проделки win 8.1. Замечу, что я никаких настроек для масштабирования не применял ни в программе, ни в винде. Поставил монитор, запустил винду и через какое-то время этот баг проявляется. В других программах такое пока не замечал.

The same problem as before and if you manually apply the compatibility mode, aimp4 appears very small in the screen.

The old Winamp had a very simple menu option that allowed doubling the whole interface (UI and fonts). Would it be difficult to implement something like that? I'm trying to run AIMP under linux (using wine) and everything works fine, but because of the HiDPI screen, AIMP's UI is very small, and song titles are difficult to read.

в системе стоит масштабивароние так как 4к монитор, в других приложениях опции активны они отключают масштабирование в приложениях где можно настроить масштаб интерфейса и системное масштабирование не нужно.
Эта опция насколько я знаю появилась в последних билдах вин10

Спасибо, поменял с авто на 100%
