Assume I double click on an *.aimppl playlist file.
The playlist is loaded and played.
Then I rearrange the song order and assign some quality stars.
Finally I click the bottom right corner AIMP menu "save playlist".
The standard windows file open dialog appears asking me where to store the current playlist.
Unfortunately the first shown start directory is NOT the directory from where I opened previously the playlist but another folder.
Why does AIMP not remember the playlist where it is originally started and offers this as start default folder in the default file open dialog?
Currently the users have to navigate with many manual clicks through the directory tree to the target folder.
This is annoying and uncomfortable.
Could you add an option "show original playlist folder in file open dialog".

When you open the playlist file it imported to special storage of player. Player save all changes automatically, so you don't need to save it manually (of course, all changes are stored in internal player's playlist). When you click the "save as" command it means the "Export To" (in AIMP4 I have renamed this command to be clear)

This is rather confusing.
In the past months I forgot several times to export the modified playlist and lost a lot of changes.
I use AIMP on multiple computers but only one archive on my USB flash drive.
Could you introduce a preference "Modify original playlist" or "Modify original playlist too" or "use only playlist in original folder"?

No. This is old-school paradigm. AIMP does not use that.
