Title: [Запланировано] Add a provider to open playable file in quick tag editor

There is only one provider to open tag editor.

prvQFI - ActionEditInfo

But this provider doesn't work on program's start.

This provider work only just after QFI window opened.

I want a provider to open tag editor not influened by QFI window.

Following provider doesn't offer what I want.

acPlayableFileShowInfo (X)
prvPlayingFileInfo - FileInfo (X)
acSendToTagEditor (X)
acUtilsTagEditor (X)
acPlaylistReloadTags (X)

But that provider is some different to what I want.

That provider opens tag editor for currently selected item not for currently playing.

This is my skin image.

I want a provider to open tag editor of currently playing file.

Generally, I think this is a bug, what button Button-Action-prvQFI-ActionEditInfo does not work without a content query

Он показывает для каждого отдельного плейлиста свой "активный" трек. Я на это тоже сначала повелся)
