Title: Is it possible to make scrollable pannel?

I want to create config panel to customize my skin.

And it will be large, so I want to make it scrollable.

Is it possible?

For example,

I make mother container of size 400(w) X 300(h).

And make child container of size 400(w) X 600(h). (twice longer height)

And I insert scollbar to scroll child container.

No, for current moment skin engine doesn't have this functionality
