Title: Feature Request: Unrated-Only playback mode

I'm in the process of going through my music library and rating all the songs according to my personal preference. It would really help if there were a playback mode that excluded songs that already have a User Rating. That way, every song that gets played would be one that needs a rating.

I imagine this mode would be able to be used in combination with Shuffle mode (and whatever other modes make sense).

You already can do that using smart-playlist based on local files data source
