Title: [Windows] Error when restarting during streaming playback

Hello. I would like to report a bug.


Windows 11, version 5.40.2699. 64bit.


1. The bug occurs when you press the Windows restart button while streaming is paused.


2. A message appears on the black screen stating that the programme is running and to return to complete the task.

3. Upon returning, an error message is displayed. Please refer to the screenshot.
