Title: Volume fades in and out after upgrade to Windows 11.

After upgrading to Windows 11, every single starts at normal volume, but then quickly decreases to about 50%. Then after a few minutes it goes back to normal volume, but then decreases again. It keeps alternating between normal and low volumes. Other media players on my machine do not have this problem. Any suggestions?

Check the volume normalization settings in the sound effects manager.
