Title: Fall back Playing if stream fails!

Hello everybody...
Maybe this is very simple but I want to make sure that it can be done, so please bare with me...
I need to have AIMP on a laptop to play a stream, and also have a USB stick on the same laptop with 100 MP3 songs, if the Internet stream fails for any reason, I then I need AIMP to keep playing music from the USB stick, and if the stream comes back on to go back to the stream.
Can this be achieved?

Do you have any idea on how I can achieve this, even without AIMP, maybe using something else?!
