Hi,

I've been having this issue for a few days and I can't figure it out.

The problem occurs with a specific album I have. Aimp, VLC and file manager all identify this album's songs as mp3 but they're quite big for mp3 files. About twice the size of same sized songs I have. The problem is whatever I do I can't change the date.

What happens is that I'll change the date (or just delete it completely) and tap the save button but the date will immediately come back as the same value it was before, preventing me from sorting the songs using AIMP's UI (which is why I want to change values). I've also noticed that, when I attempt changing the date, it makes the song re-appear on top of the OneUI file manager app's "Recent Files" list, despite being on my phone for at least a year.

I'm on Samsung so One UI and Android 14.

So anyway, if you guys could give a hand it would be greatly appreciated since my audio library is a precious thing to me.

Hi.

I can't just hand over copyrighted music it's illegal.
