Title: Add option to delete bookmarks for non-existent files

When many bookmarks are created and some files no longer exist or changed the location, many of the bookmarks are not working and they are unnecessary so it can be deleted. The option to remove bookmarks to non -existent files could be useful in Delete menu in ML/Bookmarks. They could also be removed automatically on the basis of some synchronization.
