Title: Is there a shortcut or can one create one to jump back in a running track?

Is there a shortcut (e.g. CTRL+TAB or SHIFT+TAB) or can one create one to jump back in a running track (like you can jump forward with TAB)?

can jump forward with TAB

Tab is used to navigating between input controls, by default. Refer to rewind / fast forward commands in hotkeys settings of app
