How could one save the cue in the Chapters Editor without closing the Chapters Editor window?

Just to save the (partially) edited cue to test it in the playlist (with the settings of the player / playlist, etc.) and go on editing it or re-edit it in the CE if need be. Above all if one edits an entire album (not a single track), the loading (of the entire album) lasts quite a long time each time to go on editing.
