Title: [2563] Regarding the issue of the player not popping up

Windows 11 ，Version: 5.30.2563
When the player is minimized while playing music, double-clicking another music file will play it in the background by default, but the player will not pop up, making the song information invisible. You have to manually click on the player, which is very inconvenient.

Why you think that app should poped up in this case?

In previous versions, the player would pop up when switching music, making it convenient to see song information and lyrics. I can't remember when it stopped popping up. I always thought it was an issue with my computer system. :(

So, does this mean that AIMP is now set to play music in the background by default without popping up?If that's the case, then I have no further issues. I just find it a bit inconvenient. :'(

But it should not to do that. Anyway, I don't change this behavior since implementation.
