Title: Chapters Editor: make possible to zoom waveform preview

Maybe (a kind of) zoom in option into the editor part on top, the wave of the music file would be good to position the line exactly.

I don't think it makes sense. The accuracy of the visualization won't allow it. You have to rely on your ears.

Yes, relying - more or less - on the ears anyway, it is not about relying. But it's about positioning the position mark, which is often quite difficult. Especially with long songs, so the view of the waveform is much more compressed.
