Title: Pasting times from clipboard to Chapters Editor not kept?

When I add a time here
(https://i.imgur.com/tSSmpUs.png)
from the Clipboard, e.g. 1:05.914 (I copied the same time before from the same field) or I enter it manually, it is not kept, there appears another time instead, I do not want?

How could I make the Chapters Editor keeping / adding the time I added?

Yes, yes, that exactly is what I press. So I wonder how I could keep the times I enter there.
