Is it possible to analyze the peak and replay gain normalization for all tracks at once? I didn't find anything in the program.
Only the ability to analyze individual tracks

Yep,
1) refer to main menu \ utilities \ tag editor
2) add all files to the editor
3) select the files and invoke "replay gain analysis" button from the top toolbar
