Generated a new Charm skin from SE 1258 with font changes to static data lines on main player body, and AIMP 2505 will not load the skin. Is it because the Charm version supplied from the editor (1.36) is not new enough (built-in Charm is 1.39) for the 2505 interface? Will there be an updated version of SE coming? The 5.11.2432 AIMP does load the mod Charm.

Please provide the project and the resulting skin that have the problem. The player is compatible with previous versions of skins (builded from "old SE"), so there should be no problems.
For each release, an skin editor update is released. The current release is 5.11.*.

Thank you. Attached is the project and skin, loads in 32-bit 5.11.2432 portable, does not load in 64-bit 5.30.2505 portable.

How to reproduce the issue? Compiled skin loads in my 5.30 without any problem? What happened on attempt to load the skin on your side?

In 2505 Portable, I go to Preferences/Interface/Skins, click "Install" at bottom, select the skin, received this message:

Not sure if this is related to the error message I continue to receive after EVERY exit of 2505 Portable, even when no broken behavior is noticed. Attached is the one received after exiting from the failed skin install.

Preferences/Interface/Skins, click "Install"
Действительно, есть ошибка.
В том числе для подобных ситуаций.

Если выбрать архив, как скачивается, то ошибка "The "E:\Downloads\iPhone_theme.zip" package has invalid file format".

Thanks Alexey, that indeed was the problem! Apparently [2505] is not recognizing *.acs5 as a valid AIMP add-on extension on its own.
I zipped the skin file, and then it loaded just fine.
Again, thanks for the help in solving this.
