AIMP doesn't play M4A. I could play this type of file with WMP and AIMP before! New update issue?

What happened to attempt to play the file? What error code is displaying?

The file size is quite large! Can I address the file?
It's a YT video, and its audio has been extracted (not re-encoded) with AviDemux (I usually do it and never had such a problem before it). WMP can play it but AIMP not!
If it didn't solve the problem, I'll cut out a section (without re-encoding) and upload it on a host, let me know.

Windows 11 23H1 (x64) latest CUP (Cumulative Update). I didn't add any add-ons or anything to the AIMP or Windows. Everything is like before (I just updated AIMP to the latest version). Why does WMP play, then?!

You have not indicated the full version of the player anywhere, so the statement is unreliable.
Install portable version of AIMP v5.30.2505 Beta. Don't set anything. Open the file through the player in the portable folder (the main AIMP player must be closed).

Here (in Iran), like in Russia, all upload ports are closed!!! Your country's censorship technology also is here! Russia and Iran get their Internet censorship technology from their Big Brother -> China. :-[
We (barely) can upload a file of more than 1 MB on any host without any VPN (I don't use VPN)! Almost all of them are censored! Even "AIMP.Ru" is partially censored (most images don't load, China AI's censorship!!!)!!! ;D
I used to record a video of my problem (a video screenshot) to share it for debugging (in any forum for anything)! :(

I have AIMP portable in my Portable Apps folder for about five years (with no problem).

Do you have access to any cloud storage services? Can you upload part of file? Usually, all useful information located in beginning of the file

I uploaded two minutes of the beginning to my MEGA (I assume you don't have any problem with MEGA there in Russia!!! :-[ ), link below. I trimmed it by FFMPEG with the command below (absolutely no re-encode). See if this could be helpful.

This is not a new portable setup.
You ignored the prompt to install the program separately, to a separate folder. The program will have a basic skin, basic settings, a music library and only one test file.
This is important to determine if there is a problem with the current set of player settings and files on your system.

It's just an AIMP skin!
I've been updating AIMP (portable) for five years and never had this problem!
Every time I double click on an installer file (AIMP new update exe file), it asks me if I want to update the current path AIMP's files (my portable app folder, which AIMP is there) and I press the update button. (ss below)
I never had a problem with m4a!

Specify another folder without files on the displayed page. Launch the player from the new folder.

I installed a new portable version on the Desktop. It plays!!!
What about my current AIMP user profile settings?! My playlists and settings (I can't remember what settings I have changed, there are a lot of settings which I changed in these years).
The previous updates didn't have this problem. Why AIMP update policy has been changed?!

Now we have found out that something is broken in your regular player.
Nothing has changed in the update policy, otherwise it wouldn't be a single user issue.
If you copy the profile folder to the new profile folder, will there be a problem?
If it does, then try to unload all plugins, restart the player, load plugins.

Solved :D ! Just one question, I had some of them off (uncheck), and I can't remember which ones! How can I reset to the AIMP default plug-ins (loaded at the first time installation)?

Load all -> Unload non-standrd.
Read the descriptions of the plugins, their tab arrangements.
For example, do not use visualizations - turn them off, do not send what you listened to to the Internet service - turn off the scrobbler.
Decoders are not recommended to be turned off if you are not sure of their purpose.
