Title: The EN buttons/functions Does NOT Work ..

took me ages before i even SAW these buttons, but the EN button does NOT work. it appears to do something, but it is NOT to chnage to EN./

luckily i ahave a builtin FF ap that does this very well.

Банально, dec, плохо умеет выражать мысли и из-за незнания языка пишет в других разделах форума.

Он не может переключить язык сайта и форума кнопками RU/EN на полосе навигационного меню.
Пишет, что использует FF (Firefox). И, в этом браузере работает. Неизвестно что за браузер до этого он пробовал.

Хоть в консоли браузера и есть предупреждение, но проблем с переключением не обнаружил.
Firefox 111.0.1.

В Chrome 114.0.5696 тоже проблем не обнаружил.

Нет. Разделы транслируется, контент - естественно нет (Soolo предположил, что вопрос именно про это - "почему текст не перевелся автоматом?")

Мой вопрос намекал именно на то, что нужно больше деталей (не хочу додумывать и предполагать)

Так слово "AIMP for Windows" не требует изменений языка. Я про то, что тема находится здесь, а не в другом месте.
Но сейчас обратил внимание, что вы правы и переводятся только подразделы, а не названия разделов (Общее, Разное).

some points that have arisen as well as original issue

1. all the replies are written in Russian (i assume) so that is quite useless to me, and in fact the whole Forum seems to be written in Russian. maybe that is great for you but useless (literally) for me

2. but my FF Translation Add-on is excellent and very easy; BUT it depends on Google Translate, which, i know from long usage, is incredibly inaccurate, especially with Asian tonal languages such as Vietnamese, which is what i use it for all the time. I am not sure about Russian translation, but i can see from the difficult wording of the translations of the replies above that it is not great, and is difficult to understand what original meaning was, and, btw, as well, some of the translations seem somewhat offensive.

3. which brings me to the original problem i posted: the EN Language button you have at top right of form SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. now, i gather from some of the info in Replies seem to indicate maybe some Windows (?) setting issue, or some code conflict; but i have not looked at that closely yet (and i cannot refer to it at the moment because writing a Reply hides all previous Replies and OP :-().

4. PS although normally i would LOVE to post a screenshot (i find many Forums do not have that extremely useful function), but in this particular case there is nothing top take a screenshot OF - it would just be a shot the Forum screen/form.

5. also, btw, i am not getting any email Notifications of Replies: is there some setting that i haven't set for that?

It translates boards, settings and UI of forum at all, not user-created content.
