Title: Is there an AIMP Radio plugin?
Post by: Lukas on January 15, 2023, 13:22:25
I didn't knew there was a Windows 10 version! I used only the Android one. Well! I'm really really happy!
Is there also a Radio plugin? :)

You no need a separate "Radio plugin". AIMP can play radio itself. You just need to open a playlist with radio stations. You can take a many of them here (https://www.aimp.ru/forum/index.php?topic=22023.0).

Thanks for the list... this helps a lot!  8)

Is there a way to show the name of the currently playing station too?
If i select a stations URL, it's name switches to the playing song title/artist. But the stations name isn't there anymore. I also can not find it in the meta data to add it.

I think that when you listen a music, Song title and Artist are much more important than a name of the station, wich name you already know, since you personally turned on that particular station:)

You can block the playlist. Then there will be static lines in the playlist, and the current data from the station in the main window of the player.

Right - i just thought it would be comfortable if you could show both. Of course, not a big issue. Actually i'm sometimes really not sure which station i selected when i take a quick look.

Yeah, great! Locking the playlist prevents the stations name to be overwritten but song/artist is still shown in the Player. Perfect.
