Title: InfoBar Improvements

I love the infobar its a cool feature but needs a bit more customization, for example when the arragement is at left or right doesnt need if there is a color background to cover all the section,
but can be more elegant to cover the parts that is used for example texts and cover.

1. You can remove background at all (infobar will be transparent)
2. If you want to see infobar like a card, just use card view instead

know that but i prefare the flexibility that infobar has and needs no much skin mod... that why i said that
