What is the easiest way to copy all of the enabled tracks (not the disabled) in a playlist to a USB stick?

As understand: a playlist "switches" - checkbox enable/disable.

I afraid it impossible for now. But you can delete disabled items from playlist

Тоже сталкивался с желанием сделать что-то с включенными/выключенными треками. Нужна команда "выбрать" для этих треков.
