Title: [+] [2388] [x64] Playlist rename won't stick from "Managing Playlists"

AIMP 5.03 RC build 2388 x64.  Windows 10 x64.

If a playlist is renamed from the "Managing Playlists" window (right-click/rename), it appears to change, but reverts back to original name on its tab after a restart.  If the playlist is renamed by right-clicking the playlist's tab in the regular Playlist window and choosing "Rename playlist", the change made DOES "stick" after a restart.

I have tried to reproduce an issue but failed, in my case, playlist always keep it new name even after restart the app.
Anyway, here should not be differences, because both rename commands refers to single code.

Sorry, my fault--original playlist as downloaded was read-only, which is definitely a deal-breaker on renaming procedures!  The second attempt from the tab was able to re-save the list under new name without carrying the attribute.
