Title: Tag Editor/Discogs Issue

Hi everybody,

I've searched around and couldn't find an answer to this question. When I open a track (or a set of tracks) in the Aimp tag-editor and try to Find tag information on Discogs, I get this error:

"This operation requires authorization. You must login and authorize the AIMP app to operate it. After doing it, send your request again"

When I say "OK" the Tag Editor crashes.

I've logged into Discogs and searched for a way to add Aimp to it's allowed applications but can't find a way. Does anybody possibly know how I can get around this issue? Love the software (just started using it) and was hoping to get rid of Foobar and Mp3tag and just use Aimp, but this is frustrating.

What is your version of player? Have you installed Microsoft Internet Explorer?

Thanks for getting back to me! No, I have Microsoft Edge instead (though I rarely use it, I use Firefox mostly). Do you need Internet Explorer for it to work?

I'm using Aimp 4.70, build 2254.

EDIT: I did open Internet Explorer, logged into Discogs and tried again. Still nothing (same problem as before). I've disabled my Firewall/Virus Scan and tried the same thing. Same result. Last.fm and Musicbrainz both work as anticipated.

Please try with AIMP5 Beta, I have re-designed authorization process in it

Hi there, thanks for the suggestion. I did update to Aimp5 Beta, but the same error happens when I try to search for tags with Discogs. Not sure what the issue is, but if it's not happening with anybody else I'm guessing it's something to do with my set-up here. Strange.

Hi Artem, thanks for re-uploading this for me. I've installed the de-bugged update you made available, but the tag-editor now crashes as soon as I attempt to open it (it sends me directly to a bug-report window). Here's the bug report, if you're interested. Thanks again!

Yes, latest build of Tag Editor does not start on Windows 7.
