I have already proposed these topics in the past but no one has bothered to implement them. Let's see if in the next versions, there is someone able to implement them, because I consider them essential for some categories that use AIMP.
It would be very useful if the player had these characteristics!
1. Display of the waveform of the current track and the next one, large in size as well as the possibility of zooming in on the waveform;
2. Ability to set playback start point A and playback end point B of each track and save the above settings so that they don't have to be set every time;
3. Ability to listen to a preview on secondary audio output, for each track;
4. It would also be useful to include the possibility of connecting audio plug-ins to modify and improve the sound.

We have no plans to implement DJ-specific features in the player. These features are related to professional usage and not needed for most of users.
Next, I am sure that professional tools should not be free. Sometimes ago I has plans to create AIMP Pro (the tool must be designed for professional usage - DJs and sound producers). So, we have published an poll "How much are you ready to pay this version?". Most of users answer "it must be free". So, AIMP Pro was canceled.

I did not intend to use it by the professional but amateur DJ always non-profit.
