Title: Queue toggle keyboard shortcut / middle mouse button click

Middle click to add the file to queue is useful and fast, but when I click it twice (by mistake), the same file is added multiple times and removing file from queue is not so easy.

I suggest to make the middle mouse button click the toggle button, also the Queue keyboard shortcut, so when 1 file is selected and I middle click once, the file will be added to queue, when I middle click again, remove the file from queue.

Alternatively, option to prevent adding the same file multiple times would be helpful and would solve this problem too.

Hm... Ctrl+Q, middle click to remove (or use arrows to select, Del)

It's not the same, because I have to select the file first and then use the keyboard shortcut, which I'm not using often, moreover, I have to use both hands.
