Title: Do not delete tab/playlist if the last file is deleted

This is mainly for the Default playlist, when I move the files, Default playlist has one or more files which can't be played, so I delete them, but after the next AIMP start Default playlist is missing too, when I play another file, it's create, but the position is changed, so I have to manually fix it, this is quite annoying.

Could you add option to maintain the tabs even if it's empty, please? At least for Default playlist.
