Title: Information bar does not work
Post by: ACE2701 on March 23, 2019, 06:53:47
I have a laptop and a desktop.  Both have AIMP  4.51 - 2084. Both
have Windows 10 PRO.  The laptop works perfectly.  The desktop,
however, does nothing when I try to change or modify any setting
for the information bar plugin. It seems the preview tab is dead.
I've been using AIMP forever, and really love this player.  Is there anyone
who can solve this problem?

Sorry if this sounds obvious, but, for the desktop: is Information Bar checked in the "Plugins/All" window?  If so, in Prefs/Plugins/Information Bar is "show current file info at playback start" checked?

Thanks for your quick reply sveakul. I did try all you requested, but nothing worked.
I made sure that all the settings on my laptop matched my desktop, but the desktop
plugin still doesn't work.  Anybody have any other ideas?

Does auto-hide taskbar option is switched on?

Yes, on both computers.

Try to set the "Show in fullscreen applications" option to true

Ah,well... I guess no one was able to reproduce my problem.
I guess I'll just have to use AOSD 2.1.  It works on both of my
computers.  Doesn't give me Exactly what I wanted, but
it will have to do.
Artem, when you told me to change that setting to true, did you
mean to check the box, or to actually edit a file somewhere?
