Because official translation is created by Skiff. You should discuss all changes with him.

I can't contact with him. Here is new lang file for Skin Editor 4.60.1072

Hi, there is no contact for a long time with Skiff or aimp.com.pl admin (a guy who used to update the lang file sometimes after skiff) - dead mail an forum. The official translation is old now.
I update them on a regular basis and have made many fixes. Can it be accepted as official?
I attached localizations for main program 5.40.2652, plugins, skin and skin editor.
