I tested with mp3 (cbr and vbr) and flac. I also have a cbr320 file reported as having a bitrate of 364 kbps.

Has this been fixed? I still have this problem with 325.  :-\

I think it only happens to CBR mp3. Some are reported with 1-2kbps less and some others with 4-5kbps. Here (http://www69.zippyshare.com/v/aKNhMDGv/file.html) are two files, one reported as 316 and one as 318kbps.

Looks like these files contains a padding between tags and audio data. Mobile version uses fast-calculation algorithm to calculate bitrate of audio file.
