Title: [Запланировано] Showing QFI window when user click some element

There is two binding provider for showing QFI window.

1. acPlayableFileShowFileInfo-Action 2. QFI-Visible

acPlayableFileShowFileInfo-Action works for any element, but the QFI will be shown on corner not on mouse cursor.

QFI-Visible works only for the running line not with other element.

I want to show QFI window when user click some element, and position it to current cursor.

It is better if QFI-Visible provider works with other element.
