Title: Milkdrop 2.25 SOURCE released

after many years and with winamps futher uncertain the Giess has released the full source code to milkdrop 2.25c

so who wants the port a plugin ? :D

О! Это здорово! буду ждать порта Milkdrop без костылей.
Надеюсь кто-нибудь возьмётся за его портирование.

Я посмотрю, на сколько сильно он завязан на API винампа.

if google translate is right it should't be much at all considering we can use the wrapper for the winamp vis plugins

I think we will have few troubles with port:
1. We need to replace usage of Winamp WASABI which used in plugin core.
2. Plugin doesn't support rendering into the specified buffered DC, because it use D3D. So, I think we have a two ways: first - try to find a workaround and make an ability to render to buffer (I am not sure that it possible). second - render the visualization into separate plugin's window (its not so good, because it odds with our approach).

Unfortunately, I haven't a lot of free time to research it. I need to implement new Plugins API for AIMP. So, I can say that make a port is not so easy as we would like.
