Where can I get Pandemic skin v1.10 that is used by defaut by AIMP3? And I don't mean AIO one.

Фактически, лицензией (на текущий момент плеер версии 3.20 билд 1125) не запрещено размещать в свободном доступе части\модули\компоненты отдельно от дистрибутива (программа-установщик).
Все права на данные компоненты программы остаются за её владельцами.
Если у Артёма Измайлова или его помощников есть нежелание распространять\разрешать отдельно распространять данные файлы, то они должны удалить данные вложения из этого сообщения и внести пунткт в лицензию:

Default skin isn't present as file so reinstalling desn't work. I ment skin file.
Few more things about skin editor:

ACS3 contains compiled textures, which not editable (because it does not have required information). ACS3PROJ - contains all needed information. Now each author chooses - allow to edit his skin or not. So, if author publish his Skin Project - you can edit skin for yourself.
P.S. We does not allow to edit standard skin.
